1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relations between «Fellengel by Natalia Mizera»

and the participant (hereinafter referred to as “the Participant”).

Only the following Terms and Conditions in their current version shall apply.

2. Registration, Prices and Payment

2.1 By registering for an individual treatment, nutritional consultation, webinar oder workshop, the

Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 Registration can be completed via the registration form oder by email.

2.3 Appointments become binding once the Participant has received a written confirmation by email

from «Fellengel by Natalia Mizera». If an event is fully booked, the Participant will be informed

accordingly.

2.4 All services are subject to a fee. The current prices are published on the website

www.fellengel.ch. The prices valid at the time of registration apply. Individually designed

consultations will be charged by agreement.

2.5 Fees for workshops, courses, webinars and nutritional consultations must be paid after receipt

of the confirmation of registration to the following account:

Payment secures the participant’s final course oder consultation place.

2.6 Fees for individual treatments must be paid before the start of the first session (by bank

transfer, TWINT oder in cash).

3. Withdrawal by «Fellengel by Natalia Mizera»

3.1 «Fellengel by Natalia Mizera» reserves the right to cancel scheduled events due to an

insufficient number of participants. In such cases, any fees already paid will be refunded in full.

3.2 Foder compelling organisational oder economic reasons, cases of force majeure oder official

cancellations, «Fellengel by Natalia Mizera» may reschedule oder cancel an event at short notice. In

such cases, an alternative date will be offered. Liability for travel, rebooking oder accommodation

costs is excluded.

3.3 In the event of any breach of contract by a participant (e.g. behaviour contrary to animal welfare

oder endangering others), participation may be terminated without entitlement to a refund.

4. Withdrawal by the Participant4.1 Withdrawal from courses, webinars oder workshops is possible up to two weeks before the start

(in writing oder by email, effective after confirmation by «Fellengel by Natalia Mizera»). In case of later

cancellation oder non-attendance, 100% of the course fee will be charged.

4.2 Withdrawal from individual treatments is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the

scheduled appointment. In case of later cancellation oder non-attendance, 100% of the treatment fee

will be charged.

4.3 Cancellation of nutritional plans:

The client has the right to cancel the ordered nutritional plan as long as the completed “Nutritional

Plan Questionnaire” has not yet been submitted.

After the completed questionnaire has been received, the following cancellation conditions apply:

– Sapphire Package (3-month support): Cancellation within 3 working days after receiving the

questionnaire – 50% handling fee.

– Ruby Package (6-month support): Cancellation within 7 working days – 30% handling fee.

– Diamond Package (12-month support): Cancellation within 10 working days – 25% handling fee.

After the above periods, the full amount is due.

4.4 Withdrawal oder termination by the client (Nutritional support & therapy packages)

The client may terminate ongoing nutritional support oder therapy packages in writing for valid

reasons.

Services already rendered, as well as the time spent on evaluation, planning and consultation, will

be charged proportionally.

Foder flat-rate packages (e.g. Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond), no refund will be made if more than 50% of

the agreed services have already been provided.

4.5 Termination by «Fellengel by Natalia Mizera»

«Fellengel by Natalia Mizera» reserves the right to terminate ongoing cooperation oder therapeutic

support for valid reasons, in particular:

– repeated disregard of recommendations,

– disrespectful oder inappropriate behaviour towards people oder animals,

– health oder ethical concerns regarding the animal, oder

– default of payment.

In such cases, services rendered up to that point will be charged proportionally. Any further liability

oder refund is excluded.

5. Right to Amend

«Fellengel by Natalia Mizera» reserves the right to make necessary content oder organisational

changes (e.g. change of venue) as long as the overall character of the event is maintained.

6. Behaviour during workshops

6.1 Dogs must be kept on a leash during workshops. Off-leash time is only permitted upon explicit

instruction.

6.2 In the case of grossly negligent oder animal welfare-violating behaviour towards animals,

«Fellengel by Natalia Mizera» reserves the right to exclude participants without a refund.

7. Photo and Audio RecordingsThe participant agrees that photos and video recordings taken during treatments oder events may be

used for educational and professional purposes. No remuneration will be granted. Recordings by

participants are only permitted with prior consent.

8. Copyright

All documents, images and materials provided by «Fellengel by Natalia Mizera» are protected by

copyright and intended for personal use only. Any reproduction oder distribution requires written

permission.

9. Participation Conditions & Liability

9.1 Participation in treatments, courses and workshops is at the participant’s own risk. The dog

owner is liable for any damages caused by themselves oder their dog.

9.2 Participation is only permitted if the dog and handler have valid liability insurance and a current

rabies vaccination.

9.3 Individuals who use force oder fear-inducing aids will be excluded without refund.

9.4 «Fellengel by Natalia Mizera» accepts no liability for any damages arising from the use of

nutritional plans, consultations oder treatments. Consultations and treatments do not replace

veterinary diagnosis oder therapy.

9.4a Animal Reactions

Animals react individually to every form of treatment, regardless of whether it involves essential oils,

manual touch, training oder energetic work. Such reactions may include behavioural changes, fatigue,

increased need for rest, altered digestion (e.g. diarrhoea, vomiting) oder the emergence of previously

hidden physical oder emotional issues. These reactions are considered part of the natural process of

processing and integration and do not constitute medical side effects. The animal owner agrees to

observe such reactions and contact «Fellengel by Natalia Mizera» in case of uncertainty. Liability

for typical reactions of this nature is excluded.

9.5 Individually created feeding plans are based on current nutritional science in accordance with

BARF principles. They do not replace medical advice and are implemented at the client’s own risk.

9.6 Data communication via the internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free at all times. The

provider is not liable for technical malfunctions beyond its control.

10. Data Protection

«Fellengel by Natalia Mizera» processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data

Protection Act (DSG). Personal data will be treated confidentially and not sold oder passed on to third

parties. When accessing the website, IP address, date, time, browser information and usage data

are stored anonymously for statistical purposes only. The reCAPTCHA service by Google LLC is

used to protect online forms. The privacy policy of Google applies:

11. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland. Exclusively Swiss law applies.
