1. Scope of application
Foder all business contacts between “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera”, and the participant, hereinafter referred to as “Participant”, the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply exclusively in their currently valid version.
2 Registration, Prices and Payment
2.1 By registering for the individual treatment oder nutritional consultations, for the webinars, workshops, the Participant acknowledges these GTC and accepts that these conditions must be fulfilled.
2.2 The Participant can register for various services of “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” using the registration form oder by e-mail.
2.3 By registering, the Participant agrees to participate. Appointments are only binding when the Participant has received a confirmation of registration with details of the booking by e-mail directly from “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera”. Once the date has been confirmed by “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” it is binding. If the booked event is already fully booked, “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” will inform the participant by e-mail.
2.4 “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” generally offers its services against payment. The prices are listed on the homepage. http://fellengel.ch/kurse.

The prices in the list valid at the time of registration apply. Foder individually designed nutritional consultations and individual treatments, the prices are arranged by arrangement and adjusted accordingly.
2.5 Fees for workshops, courses, webinars and nutritional counselling are to be transferred to the appropriate bank account after confirmation of registration by “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera”.

2.6 Fees for individual treatments are to be transferred to the corresponding bank account oder via TWINT (see point 2.5) after the confirmation of registration by “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” before the start of the first lesson. You can also pay the fee in cash.

3. Withdrawal by «Fellengel by Natalia Mizera»
3.1 «Fellengel by Natalia Mizera» reserves the right to cancel advertised online courses, webinars, workshops and events due to insufficient number of participants. In this case, any event costs already paid will be refunded in full.
3.2 Furthermore, “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” reserves the right to postpone oder cancel events at short notice for compelling organisational oder economic reasons for which the Organiser is not responsible. In this case, “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” will offer an alternative date for the event. Cancellation costs that the participant could have insured against (ticket insurance, travel cancellation insurance, etc.) will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
In the event of force majeure oder official cancellation of the event, liability on the part of the organiser is excluded. Liability for cancellation oder rebooking fees for means of transport booked by the customer oder accommodation costs is excluded.
3.3 “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” may withdraw from individual treatments, workshops and webinars without notice if the participant behaves in breach of contract, in particular if other participants oder the aim of the event are endangered. 4.
4 Withdrawal by «the participant»
4.1 The participant may withdraw from the offer up to two weeks before the start of the webinars, courses and workshops. The withdrawal must be made in writing; a withdrawal declared by e-mail shall only become effective after confirmation by “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera”. The relevant date for the declaration of withdrawal is the date of receipt by “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” oder, in the case of an e-mail, the date of confirmation of the withdrawal by “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera”. Absence from events does not count as withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal, “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” may demand compensation for expenses and cancellation costs. In the event of late cancellation oder no-show, the customer will be charged 100% of the participation fee.
4.2 The participant may withdraw from the offer free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the individual treatment. The withdrawal must be made in writing; a withdrawal declared by e-mail shall only become effective after confirmation by “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera”. The relevant date for the declaration of withdrawal is the date of receipt by “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” oder, in the case of an e-mail, the date of confirmation of the withdrawal by “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera”. Absence from individual treatments does not constitute withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal, “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” may demand compensation for expenses and cancellation costs. In case of later evening registration oder no-show, the participant will be charged 100% of the participation fee.
4.3 The customer can cancel the ordered feeding plan before sending in the completed form “Questionnaire for feeding plan preparation”. After receipt of the completed form “Questionnaire for the preparation of the feeding plan” by “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera”, the customer will be charged 100% of the price.

5. Reservations of changes
“Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” reserves the right to make necessary changes in content and organisation (such as a change of venue) and deviations before oder during the event, as long as these do not significantly change the overall character of the booked event. The client/participant will be informed immediately of any necessary changes.

6 Behaviour during the workshops
6.1 Dogs must always be kept on a leash during the workshops and courses. Free running is only permitted on the express instruction of Tellington TTouch Practitioner 1 Natalia Mizera.
6.2 In case of inappropriate oder grossly negligent behaviour oder behaviour contrary to animal protection towards own oder other dogs, “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” reserves the right to exclude participants from further treatments. In the case of exclusion, there is no right to a refund of the course fees.
7. Picture & sound recordings
The participant declares his explicit consent to the use and publication of film and photo recordings made during an Enzel treatment oder event.
“Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” agrees to limit the publication of film and photo recordings exclusively to the content of specialist publications, specialist books, teaching and training materials. The participant waives the right to claim any remuneration.
Film and photo recordings by participants during a workshop oder event are only permitted after prior consultation with Natalia Mizera.
8. Copyright
All pictures, documents, information sheets, e-books, training plans and documentation given oder made available by “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. Any reproduction oder distribution is only permitted with express written consent.
9. Conditions of participation & liability
9.1 Participation in individual treatments, webinars, workshops, courses and events of “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” is at your own risk.
The dog owner is liable for all damages caused by his dog as well as by his accompanying persons. “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage oder financial loss caused during training in the individual exercises, as well as damage and injuries of any kind caused by participating dogs. “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” is only liable for damages caused intentionally oder by gross negligence by Tellington TTouch Practitioner 1 Natalia Mizera. “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” is not liable for damages caused by third parties oder their dogs.
9.2 Participation oder the carrying of dogs is only permitted if the dog has a valid rabies vaccination and there is valid liability insurance for both dog and owner. “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” is entitled to request appropriate proof.
9.3 Persons who deliberately inflict violence and pain on their dog, oder use aids that cause pain and / oder fear in the dog, will be excluded from the course. Course fees will not be refunded.
9.4 “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” shall not be liable for any damage of any kind whatsoever arising from the use of the provided feeding plan, advice oder treatment.

The individually commissioned feeding plans are based on current information from nutritional science, taking into account the BARF principles. It should be noted that for some nutrients the currently valid scientific requirement values for dogs and cats according to the National Research Council (NRC) are not achieved with the feed plans prepared. It should be noted, however, that the stated requirement values take into account a bioavailability of nutrients of only 10-50%, i.e. it is assumed that 50-90% of the ingested nutrient is not absorbed by the body. Pet owners who practice BARF therefore assume that a feed plan that is oriented towards the structure of a prey animal will not cause deficiency symptoms despite the non-fulfilment of some NRC requirement values, because the nutrients are absorbed better with BARF than with ready-made feed products and thus the previously mentioned bioavailability is higher than it is taken into account in the NRC requirement values (which are based on ready-made feed products). Foder this reason, the use of the feed plans is at the risk of the client. Despite the greatest care, no guarantee can be given for the correctness and completeness of the information. The success of the nutritional advice depends essentially on the cooperation and implementation of the instructions by the client and cannot be guaranteed.

9.5 Data communication via the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and/oder available at all times according to the current state of the art. In this respect, the Seller is not liable for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the online trading system and the online offers.

10. Data protection
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection regulations of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy as well as protection against misuse of their personal data. “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” complies with these provisions. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. In close cooperation with the hosting providers, “Fellengel by Natalia Mizera” endeavours to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorised access, loss, misuse oder falsification. During accessing the website, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, access location, browser request and generally transmitted information on the operating system oder browser. This usage data forms the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations, so that trends can be identified, on the basis of which the offers can be improved accordingly.

To protect your enquiries via Internet forms, we use the reCAPTCHA service of Google LLC (Google). The query serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a human being oder improperly by automated, machine processing. The query includes the sending of the IP address and, if applicable, further data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google.
