About

Dogs are not meant to live in our complicated world. We should take care to reduce our dogs’ stress from day one and encourage their relaxation. Only in this way can they be happy and able to learn. I will show you how to achieve this with the species-appropriate diet and the Tellington TTouch® method.

My name is Natalia Mizera and I am Tellington TTouch® Practitioner 1 for dogs and other companion animals. I am also a devoted dog mom and cellist. It is a unique combination of two worlds that allows me to observe, listen and read between the lines in a sophisticated insightful way.
I have gained my knowledge from excellent instructors from Switzerland, Germany, USA, Canada and England and now I want to share it with you! My teaching style is simple , accessible and understandable for everyone.
My sessions are always individual and a shared journey of discovery for you and your animal. Through the training of the connection between emotions, clear guidance and reaction, your unique communication is created.

Tellington TTouch ®

The method is an integrative, holistic approach to working with animals. It combines a forward-thinking, positive approach to behavior with a series of logical, non-confrontational techniques and exercises designed to promote mental, physical and emotional balance.

For whom is Tellington TTouch® suitable?

1 Reactive dogs

The root of aggression is fear and it is a cry for help!

2 Cats, rabbits, reptiles, birds.

TTouch can be used on any animal. No matter if small oder big.

3 Old and sick animals

With TTouch we are able to actively support our pets during their reconvalescence, giving them the best opportunity for healing and a feeling of “being held”.

4 Fearful and shy animals

The behavior is closely related to the posture. If we change the posture, we can influence the behavior.

5 Pregnant bitches and puppies

TTouch during pregnancy, at birth and after birth can reduce stress. Puppies from breeders experienced in TTouch are very agile, have good adaptability and can relax better.

6 End-of-life care

To consciously face the dying and death of a beloved animal requires courage. The aware confrontation with it and mindful care in the last weeks and days is the greatest proof of love that we can give our animals.

Nutritional counseling for dogs and cats

Over the past few years, I have helped many dog and cat owners to switch their pets’ diets to an optimal one.

I also realised that what my clients appreciated most was the care I gave them, which often went beyond the offer to create a nutrition plan.

We all dream of our pets being healthy, happy, carefree and vital and being able to enjoy life for as long as possible.

It’s a big responsibility because they are completely dependent on us. Things are not always colourful, and there are also moments of doubt and uncertainty.

Hence my new offer: your dog/cat will receive a customised nutrition plan and you will get the support you need to help your dog oder cat reach its full potential. I will help you to gain confidence in this world of dog and cat nutrition, which can seem confusing at first glance. Decide for yourself which package best suits your situation and how long you would like my support.

Puppies / kittens (up to 20 weeks)

Outline of a counselling process

Choose a nutrition plan package.
Choose the right nutrition plan package for you in the shop. Depending on your individual situation, you can choose a package with 3, 6 oder 12 monate of care. The care period can be extended for healthy adult oder young dogs, but cannot be shortened for sick oder young dogs. If you are not sure which package is best for you, please write me a message and I will be happy to advise you.
Buy a nutrition plan package in the shop.
Order the package that suits you and pay by card.
Fill in the questionnaire.
Then fill in the online questionnaire. I need some information about your pet so that I can create a personalised nutrition plan. Of course, I also need to know what your requirements are for the plan. The questionnaire will optimise our communication. It usually doesn’t take long to fill it in, as most of the questions are just boxes.
Send photos.
If you have opted for the SAPHIR package, I will need two photos to assess the stature of your four-legged friend. Take a photo of your dog/cat from above and from the side and send it to info@fellengel.ch. The photo should be of good quality.
Make an appointment.
If you have opted for the RUBIN oder DIAMOND package, please contact me to make an appointment for a one-hour session where I will see your dog in person and we will discuss your requirements and the plan of action. As cats don’t like travelling, we will arrange to meet at your home if you live up to 20km away. Otherwise, send me two photos and we can meet live without your cat oder online via Zoom.
Creating and sending a nutrition plan.
Due to the large number of requests, it usually takes about 2-3 weeks for a diet plan to be created. I also prioritise according to urgency, e.g. if your four-legged friend needs a special nutrition plan quickly due to an acute illness oder if the animal is still growing, the case will be prioritised. As soon as your BARF plan is finalised, it will be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF document.
The support.
Depending on which package you choose, I will support you for 3, 6 oder 12 monate..
